Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada is seeking an Expeditor to bridge the kitchen and waitstaff, ensuring flawless plate presentation and timely service for our guests. You'll coordinate order flow, communicate orders and timing, and help uphold our high standards of hospitality.

In this role you will assemble plates, monitor garnishes, maintain expo area cleanliness, and assist with side work as directed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior food experience required.
• Must work well with other staff.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Ability to carry serving trays up to 15 lbs.
• Must follow grooming standards, no visible tattoos or piercings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure order tickets are properly placed.
• Manage timing of food orders and alert management of backlog.
• Assemble plates with focus on presentation, portions, garnish.
• Keep expo area clean and organized.
• Place trays and position food at table.
• Perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management.
