Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada is seeking a prep cook to support the kitchen with ingredient prep, side dishes, and sauces for restaurant shifts. The role requires calm under pressure, efficiency, and a commitment to culinary excellence.

You will read recipes, prep items, maintain station cleanliness, and assist in setting up the line while following health and safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand a standard recipe.
• Be able to use various types of kitchen equipment.
• Breakdown and clean equipment.
• General knowledge of food and safety sanitation standards.
• Must be able to move freely in confined spaces.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
