About The Role

The Kitchen Expediter works during busy "peak periods" to coordinate between kitchen and service, ensuring food quality and timely delivery to tables.

Essential Functions

• Proficient knowledge of the menu.
• Coordinate checks, garnish food, communicate with kitchen.
• Attention to detail, communicate errors or remakes efficiently.
• Ensure food is quickly taken to tables or bar area.
• Restock expo area, prepare supplies for shift change or closing.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Complete checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills And Abilities

• Ability to read and write English.
• Good communication, friendly, people-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, multitasker.
• Basic math skills.

Qualification Standards

• Stand 100% of shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, wiping.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to deliver food and clear tables.
