Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Run the dish machine and handwash what can't go through it.
• Keep clean plates, glassware and pans moving back to the line and the bar.
• Break down and sanitize your station.
• Handle trash and recycling, and help with basic kitchen cleaning and stocking.
• You'll be on your feet, moving fast, in a hot and wet environment, lifting up to 50 pounds.
