Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen and properly wash, sort, and store dishes.
• Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Keep floors clean and dry; ensure sanitary conditions throughout shift.
• Assist in food prep and support chef as required.
• Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties and workplace safety procedures.
