Job summary

Uptown Alley_Uphoff Ventures LLC is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our culinary team. The role ensures dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift items, and work in a fast-paced setting. Prior kitchen experience is beneficial, with ServSafe or similar certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Certifications in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) required or preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand long hours, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot kitchen.
• Culinary school or vocational training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all dishes, utensils and cookware are cleaned and sanitized.
• Support kitchen staff and maintain a clean, organized station.
• Adhere to food safety and safety procedures at all times.
