• Keep dish areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organization throughout service
• Remove trash and recycling according to restaurant procedures
• Maintain clean floors and surrounding work areas
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries when needed
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards
• Complete opening, closing, and deep-cleaning responsibilities
