Job summary

Rodizio Grill - The Brazilian Steakhouse in Salt Lake City is seeking a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen by washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware and keeping the area clean and sanitized.

You will operate dish machines, follow cleaning routines, and help with basic prep or restocking as directed. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred to maintain a safe and tidy dining environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and tolerate heat and humidity.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and BOH spaces.
• Operate and maintain dish machines, including cleaning and troubleshooting.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables according to procedures and local regulations.
• Assist with basic food prep, kitchen cleaning tasks, or restocking as directed by leadership.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to support a clean and safe environment.
