Job summary

Rodizio Grill in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our full-time kitchen team. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a premier dining experience, ensuring all dishware and equipment are sanitized and ready for service.

You will support the kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment, follow health and safety guidelines, operate dish machines, and help with basic prep and restocking as needed, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
• Walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for restaurants.
• Availability to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and BOH workspaces.
• Operate and maintain dish machines, including regular cleaning and troubleshooting.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables according to restaurant procedures and local regulations.
• Assist with basic food prep, kitchen cleaning tasks, or restocking as directed by kitchen leadership.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Communicate effectively with other staff and management to support a clean and safe environment.
