Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work; completes required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses courteous, efficient communication with customers.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health and safety procedures and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; reports hazards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing and signs are accurate.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
