You will wash and sanitize dishes, keep the kitchen and surrounding areas clean, handle product storage, and support deliveries. The role emphasizes timely, courteous customer service and collaboration with Team Members. The position requires flexible availability, adherence to health and safety standards, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time and prepared to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and models courtesy to customers and Team Members.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains a clean working environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
