New designers receive training and ramp-up pay; experienced designers earn base salary plus commissions, with total earnings projected at $100,000–$120,000 per year. We emphasize work/home balance and a low turnover culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of kitchen design experience.
• Retail sales skills and customer service experience.
• Willingness to work hard with perseverance and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals/objectives.
• Design kitchens with 2020.
• Manage relationships with clients and ensure a great customer experience.
• Generate estimates and contracts.
• Meet with customers and contractors in-store and in-home at each stage of the sales and construction process.
• Utilize and update our CRM tools.
