Bray and Scarff is seeking a professional Kitchen Designer to join our Remodeling team. You will design kitchens in-store and in-home, managing client relationships and closing contracts with our experienced appliance team.

New designers earn base pay plus commissions, with training and ramp-up pay. In total, experienced designers should earn $100,000 - $120,000 per year, reflecting base salary, commissions, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3 years kitchen design experience.
• 2020 design software experience.
• Retail sales skills.
• Willingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals/objectives in design and sales.
• Design kitchens with 2020 software.
• Build and manage client relationships for a great customer experience.
• Generate estimates and contracts.
• Meet with customers and contractors in-store and in-home at each stage of the process.
• Utilize and update CRM tools.
