Carole Kitchen and Bath Design Studio in Woburn, MA is seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to join our established showroom team. You will design cabinetry in spaces and collaborate with contractors, homeowners, and staff using 2020 Design Flex.

The role requires at least 5 years in kitchen and bath design, strong sales drive, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a busy studio.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in kitchen/bath industry with cabinetry design experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Flex software.
• Ability to design cabinetry into spaces (kitchen, bath, mud room, laundry, outdoors).

Mansioni

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout cabinetry design and installation.
• Collaborate with third party contractors, installers, and carpenters.
• Track leads and generate new ones.
• Maintain knowledge of products, trends and pricing.
• Determine customer needs, budget, and outcome.
• Measure jobs and schedule follow ups.
• Design using 2020 Design Flex software.
• Explain quotes, renderings, and design elements.
• Identify and resolve problems during the job.
• Travel once or twice a year to trade shows or manufacturers.
