Job summary

Cabinet IQ is opening a new 3,200 square foot kitchen showroom in Lee's Summit and is seeking a customer-focused showroom associate. You will greet customers, guide them through the remodeling journey, and help manage inquiries, measurements, and design selections.

This full-time role offers hands-on exposure to the entire kitchen remodeling process, training on professional design tools, and opportunities to grow into design/sales or project management based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of showroom, interior design, or customer service experience preferred.
• Education may substitute for experience.
• Recent grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand remodeling goals; explain process and options.
• Assist with inquiries, follow up, and CRM updates; keep showroom organized.
• Book design consultations and assist with measurements and selections.
• Work with Lead Designer; support design, orders, deliveries, and installations.
