Job summary

Cabinet IQ is seeking an Experienced Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant in Waukesha, WI. You will guide clients from design concept to final selections, meeting on-site to take measurements and create dream kitchens using 2020 Design.

This role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, a brand-new showroom, and a supportive team of designers. You will leverage our CRM and professional tools to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and extreme attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Solid math and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
