Job summary

Cabinet IQ invites you to join a brand-new 3,200 square foot kitchen showroom in Lee's Summit as a Showroom Associate. You will greet customers, discuss cabinetry and remodel options, and guide them from first visit through design discussions and project prep.

You’ll work with the Lead Designer, handle inquiries, manage the CRM, and help coordinate measurements, selections, and deliveries. This role grows with the business and includes hands-on exposure to the full remodeling process.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of showroom, kitchen, cabinetry, interior design, construction, home improvement, or related showroom experience preferred.
• Design education may substitute for professional experience.
• Recent graduates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their goals, and guide them through the showroom experience.
• Assist with inquiries, follow up with prospects, and keep CRM accurate to prevent opportunities from being lost.
• Book design consultations, process design retainers, and participate in site measurements and remeasurements.
• Collaborate with the Lead Designer and gain hands-on exposure to measurements, design, project preparation, delivery coordination, and installations.
• Adapt to daily variations between showroom time, site measures, project follow-up, issue resolution, or events.
