Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain and season foods.
• Assist in hot/cold food preparation and proper storage following temperature guidelines.
• Inspect workstations for service standards compliance.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment per rules and procedures.
• Set up stations with entrees, soups, salads, breads, condiments and utensils.
• Assist in stocking and replenishing food items in service areas.
• Serve and replenish food from counters and steam tables; break down stations after meals.
