Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members in the Sacramento area. This hourly role offers $20.00 per hour and can be part-time or full-time, with opportunities to contribute to back-of-house operations and ensure high-quality food delivery.

Responsibilities include health and safety compliance, food preparation, inventory stocking, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math and basic English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
