Job summary

Zaxby's is seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team and assist with the daily operation of our restaurant's kitchen. The Kitchen Staff will prepare and cook food, maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist the kitchen manager with various tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong teamwork skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and basic knowledge of food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including adherence to cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Assist the kitchen manager with inventory management and food prep.
• Follow instructions and guidelines from the kitchen manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
