Buffalo Wild Wings GO in the Buffalo area seeks a Back of House Team Member to join a busy, high-energy kitchen. You’ll contribute to fast, accurate food production across multiple stations, uphold safety standards, and work with a collaborative team to deliver guests a great dining experience.

No previous experience required, age 16+ (where allowed by law). Training provided; you’ll grow with a brand known for its fun atmosphere and team energy.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or meet applicable legal age requirements).
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• A commitment to outstanding food quality and guest service through food production.
• Comfortable working as part of a dedicated team.
• While experience is a plus, all backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively across multiple kitchen stations, which may include Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo.
• Execute the production of the entire Buffalo Wild Wings menu, ensuring all food items meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout every shift.
• Properly manage time and tasks to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment for guests.
• Collaborate with other back-of-house and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Uphold all company standards for food safety and preparation.
