Illegal Pete’s is hiring Kitchen Crew Members in Denver to help create the great food we’re known for. You’ll work across stations (prep, grill, dish) and contribute to food quality, cleanliness and speed.

The role offers a living wage with tip-based earnings and potential to earn up to $68,000 per year with benefits. Base rate starts around $19.29/hour, with total pay including tips ranging toward $27.50–$29.45 per hour.

Kitchen Crew Members make the magic happen at Illegal Pete's, creating the great food that we're known for. Kitchen Crew are responsible for food quality, cleanliness and speed. This position works in various stations within the restaurant which may include prep, grill, and dish.

We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Base rate starting at $19.29 depending on experience, skill, and/or education. All in benefits and pay up to $68,000 per year!
