Job summary

Illegal Pete’s, LLC is hiring Front Line Crew Members at our Park Hill location. You’ll be faces of the brand, delivering friendly service, great food and a welcoming vibe across various dining stations. Full-time and part-time positions available with opportunities for advancement and community involvement.

Base pay starts around $19.29/hour, with total earnings including tips reaching $27.50–$29.45/hour. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, sick time, and meals for staff.

Front Line Crew Members are the face and hands of Illegal Pete's, interacting with our guests on a daily basis, creating the great food and the welcoming environment that we're known for. Front Line Crew Members are responsible for excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed. This position works in various stations within the restaurant which may include hot line, cold line, bartender and cashier. This position is for full-time and part-time crew members at our Park Hill location!

MORE MONEY - $27.50 - $29.45 per hour including tips!

We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Base rate starting at $19.29 depending on experience, skill, and/or education. All in benefits and pay up to $68,000 per year!
