Job summary

AtWork Personnel seeks a Cafeteria Cook for a medical facility in Tyler, Texas. This role requires preparing meals according to standardized recipes, handling modified/restricted diets, and ensuring food safety by monitoring temperatures.

Shifts include 6am-3pm, 12pm-8:30pm, and 10am-6:30pm, Monday–Friday with every other weekend. Training kitchen staff and stocking duties are part of the job duties.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a commercial, institutional, or healthcare food preparation
• Ability to stand and walk for long shifts

• Monitor food and equipment temperatures
• Receive, store, and rotate stock
• Operate industrial ovens, steamers, grills, slicers, and deep fryers
• Train or guide kitchen assistants, set up patient tray lines and clean work areas
