Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food items including entrees, sides, and daily specials.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and adhere to food safety protocols.
• Keep prep and cooking areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Package and label food for self-service displays or special orders.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties in the kitchen.
• Rotate inventory and monitor expiration dates to minimize waste.
• Communicate with deli/kitchen team to meet production needs and service goals.
