Jalos Food Enterprises Inc is seeking a Kitchen Clerk to join our Santa Maria location. You will assist in food preparation, keep the kitchen area clean, and help the cook during service.

The role requires lifting 20–60 lbs, adherence to health and safety policies, and punctual, team-oriented work. The position involves standing for long periods, working in temperature-controlled environments, and complying with uniform and safety gear standards.

Responsibilities

• Lift boxes/product 20–60 lbs and place on dolly or cart.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and kitchen area.
• Assist cook with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required.
• Operate in varying temperatures and follow safety standards.
