Job summary

Cabinet IQ, a growing kitchen and bath company serving homeowners, contractors, and design professionals in the Portland metro area, seeks an experienced Kitchen Cabinet Sales Designer. You will own the client relationship from consultation through design, proposal, and close, meeting clients in our Lake Oswego showroom or in their homes.

Design in 2020 Design, present solutions and build accurate proposals, while guiding clients through budgets and buying decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen and cabinet design experience, or 1+ year with strong 2020 skills.
• Deep knowledge of cabinet construction, layouts, space planning, and measurements.
• Team-oriented, self-m starter, and self-driven to move opportunities forward.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your sales pipeline from consultation to close.
• Lead showroom and in-home client consultations to understand project needs and budget.
• Perform accurate field measurements and evaluate job-site conditions.
• Design kitchens, baths, and cabinetry in 2020 Design with precise plans.
• Develop solutions, build proposals, and communicate pricing clearly.
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal team through install.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in CRM.
