Job summary

LMC is seeking an Kitchen & Bath Assistant Buyer to support the Department Manager and Buyer with administrative tasks, order entry, and supplier follow-up. The role involves managing pricing updates, dealer communications, and maintaining dealer/vendor databases.

You will assist buyers with research, reports, and order processing, while also supporting training events and vendor communications. Strong organizational skills and Excel/Word proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in an office environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service focus with written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; knowledge of company systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Kitchen & Bath Department Manager and Buyer.
• Handle order entry, pricing updates, and follow-up with suppliers.
• Maintain dealer and vendor databases and support training events.
• Assist with reports, pricing changes, and communications to dealers.
• Support buyers with research, orders, and shipments; track status and issues.
• Attend vendor meetings and assist with purchasing activities and training.
