Job summary

Kaminskiy Design & Remodeling in San Diego seeks an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to expand our team. You will measure spaces, create layouts in 2020 Design, and guide clients from concept to signed projects.

You’ll collaborate with our existing designer, handle product selections, pricing, and close sales. Travel to client homes throughout San Diego County is required, with compensation including hourly pay and an 8% commission on project profit.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen and bath design experience.
• Proficiency in 2020 Design or Pro Kitchen is required.
• Ability to independently measure spaces and produce accurate layouts.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, materials, finishes, and kitchen and bath selections.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Collaborative approach and accountability for sales results.
• Willingness to travel to client homes throughout San Diego County.

Responsibilities

Kaminskiy Design & Remodeling is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Kitchen & Bath Designer to expand our kitchen and bath team.

If you can accurately measure a space, create beautiful and functional designs in 2020 Design, guide clients through selections, and turn consultations into signed projects, we want to hear from you.

You’ll work alongside our existing Kitchen & Bath Designer, helping homeowners move from initial ideas through design, selections, and contract signing. Success in this role requires initiative, consistent follow-up, and the ability to close profitable remodeling projects.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their project goals, style, budget, and timeline.

Compensation & Schedule

This position pays $25 per hour plus 8% commission on project profit. Hours vary based on business needs and workload; full-time hours are not guaranteed.

There is six-figure total earning potential for a designer who consistently closes profitable projects. Actual earnings depend on hours worked, sales results, and project profitability; six-figure earnings are not guaranteed.
