Job summary

Wisconsin Building Supply is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer to work in our design center with customers and builders to assist with design and product selection. You will also follow up with customers to ensure timely project completion and serve client needs, including site visits when needed.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years in the Kitchen & Bath industry, strong CAD capabilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Kitchen & Bath industry experience required.
• 60 hours NKBA professional development programming or equivalent degree preferred.
• Advanced CAD skills and knowledge of kitchen and bath products.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new accounts and prospect for projects.
• Greet clients, assess needs, and assist with product selection.
• Conduct pre-construction site inspections and measurements.
• Prepare proposals and finalize material orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and subcontractor schedules.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, margins, and warranty policies.
