Hammond Lumber Company in Greenville, Maine is seeking a Full-Time Kitchen & Bath Designer to work closely with customers, translating their visions into precise designs and feasible proposals.

Using 20/20 Design, you’ll draft, price and present estimates, prepare sales agreements and purchase orders, take field measurements, and order cabinetry, countertops and accessories, while maintaining open communication and ensuring a smooth project flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in Kitchen and Bath design or 20/20 design preferred.
• 2 years knowledge of building materials preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, draw, price and present estimates using 20/20 Design.
• Prepare Sales Agreements and Purchase Orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Elicit from customers the information required to draft a kitchen or bathroom according to their specifications.
• Design, draw, price and present accurate estimates and proposals for Kitchen and Bath projects using 20/20 Design.
• Prepare Sales Agreements and Purchase Orders.
• Field measure each project to obtain accurate custom measurements.
• Order all cabinetry, countertops, flooring and accessories as required for each project.
• Maintain open communication with all parties involved in the project and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Comply with company procedures on sales transaction paperwork, refunds, credit memos, etc.
