Job summary

Kight Home Center, a division of Carter Lumber, is seeking a proactive Kitchen and Bath Sales Support member. The role focuses on assisting design and sales reps using Design Flex and 20/20 Design, while maintaining client information and trends.

Strong Excel skills and customer-facing experience are preferred. As a full-time position, you will support day-to-day operations, read blueprints, and ensure accurate price quotes and communication with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Working knowledge of Design Flex (20/20 Design) and Microsoft Office programs are a must.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong math skills: ability to calculate price quotes, discounts, and percentages.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
• Customer service experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Design and Sales Reps in designing using Design Flex (20/20 Design) and in day-to-day activities.
• Maintain up-to-date information on customers’ product use and trends.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors, leveraging strong problem-solving and personable communication.
