Job summary

ProSource Wholesale is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) in Naperville to help clients create customized cabinetry solutions. You will design, quote, and manage orders for Kitchen and Bath projects using Cyncly Design Flex, building strong relationships with trade pros and their clients.

This in-person role offers a salary in the $55k-$65k range plus commissions and bonuses, with a focus on work-life balance and a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years designing and selling cabinetry projects.
• Minimum of 2 years creating designs with Cyncly Design Flex.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build the business from a large existing customer base with the sales team.
• Design and quote cabinetry projects to client specs.
• Design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex software.
• Quote and manage full cycle ordering for Kitchen, Bath, and cabinet products.
• Maintain pricing and merchandising for the department.
• Promote our Kitchen and Bath program.
• Lead educational events for trade professionals and our sales team.
