Job summary

ProSource Wholesale is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) for Bloomington. This in-person role offers a starting salary around $55k with bonus and commissions potential and a 1st-year target of $55k–$65k based on experience.

You will design cabinetry, quote projects, and work with trade professionals to deliver tailored home solutions using Cyncly Design Flex. A minimum of two years in design and cabinetry sales is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and selling cabinetry projects.
• Minimum of 2 years creating designs with Cyncly Design Flex software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design cabinetry and quotes for kitchen and bath projects for clients.
• Collaborate with trade professionals to meet client specifications.
• Use Cyncly Design Flex to create and present layouts and options.
• Manage full cycle ordering process and maintain pricing/merchandising.
• Lead educational events and promote the Kitchen and Bath program.
