Job summary

ProSource Wholesale Richmond is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) to design, quote, and manage cabinetry projects with a dedicated sales team. The role uses Cyncly Design Flex and focuses on delivering customized home solutions for clients.

The position offers a competitive salary with bonus and commissions, in-person work, and a supportive team environment that values relationships with trade pros and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cabinetry design and sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years designing with Cyncly Design Flex.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Sales skills and project management experience preferred.
• NKBA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the business from a large existing customer base while working closely with the sales team.
• Work with trade professionals and their clients, designing and quoting cabinetry projects to each client’s specifications.
• Design cabinetry using Cyncly Design Flex software.
• Quote and manage the full cycle ordering process for all Kitchen, Bath, and other Cabinet products.
• Maintain pricing and merchandising for the Kitchen and Bath department.
• Assist a sales team in gaining knowledge of Kitchen and Bath products.
• Promote our Kitchen and Bath program.
• Lead educational events for trade professionals and our sales team.
