Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking an Associate Designer to support Design Studio operations, guiding new homebuyers through interior finish selections and helping with flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and related design elements.

The role blends showroom work with collaboration on new construction and remodel projects, using 20-20 Design and MS Office to prepare quotes, documentation, and contracts while maintaining accurate client records and staying

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen & bath design experience across retail/showroom and custom home building or new construction.
• Proficient in 20-20 Design, Excel and Word; able to read architectural or builder plans.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills for a customer-facing design process.
• Valid driver's license required for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with retail customers and builders to understand goals, budget and style.
• Develop functional kitchen and bath designs and provide accurate quotes and docs.
• Present cabinetry, countertops, tile and fixtures in showroom settings.
• Coordinate change orders and manage multiple active projects and client relationships.
