Job summary

Beyond The Box in Billings, MT is seeking a Kitchen and Design Account Manager to drive sales and build lasting relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners. Based at our Billings location, you will cultivate new business, nurture existing accounts, and guide clients through their design journey from consultation to completion.

With a personable, sales-driven approach and knowledge of cabinetry, design, and budgeting, you will collaborate with our design and drafting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or account management.
• Understanding of cabinetry/design/build processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building.
• Willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and build new business relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, offering updates and addressing any concerns or changes throughout the project.
• Provide expert guidance on cabinetry design, construction, and budgeting to help clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, including working with our design and drafting team.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to expand our reach and increase sales opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, provide in-depth consultations, and deliver creative solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to company growth.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on account status, new opportunities, and client feedback.
