Drury Plaza Hotel St Paul Downtown in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. Under general supervision, you will prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and recipe cards to fulfill guest orders, while following company policies and procedures.

This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly “+1 Service” bonus.**Summary:** Under general supervision, prepares a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders following Company policies and procedures. Maintains the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner while delivering food and assisting guests as needed.
