Job Summary

The role involves preparing food and serving customers in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items on production sheets following established recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals to ensure quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after each use, following department procedures.
5. Store, label, and date all food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs.
7. Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
8. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Prepare and serve food from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
11. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, temperature, and portion control.
12. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
