Kolter Hospitality's Hyatt Place West Palm Beach is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to prepare quality foods safely and efficiently, following recipes and proper handling techniques. This full-time role offers $15.00 per hour and requires ability to stand up to 8 hours, weekend availability, and a commitment to guest service.

As part of the kitchen team, you will help with prep, inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards, while supporting a fast-paced operation and ensuring consistent quality

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
• Report to work on time in proper uniform.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check as part of Kolter Hospitality policy.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all food items in an efficient and timely manner following proper food handling techniques.
• Follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
• Ensure efficient flow of food dishes with emphasis on portion control, quality, presentation and temperature.
• Break down and store leftovers using FIFO.
• Clean as you go and follow sanitation checklists.
• Maintain perishables at proper temperatures.
• Assist in prep work and inventory/production charts.
• Report items needing repair and follow safety procedures.
