Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must attend and pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month.
• 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Must pass Food Handler course and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare California Chicken Café's famous scratch made menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and friendly work environment while adhering and applying the company’s core values.
• Make and package guest food orders; read, comprehend, and execute recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and properly stocked restaurant; follow Health Department regulations.
