Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire.
• Must pass Food Handlers course and test in CA state law requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to understand and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare California Chicken Café's famous scratch made recipes and keep the back kitchen clean and organized.
• Follow production lists accurately and efficiently.
• Store and label foods per Health Department regulations and company policy.
• Read, comprehend and execute recipes.
• Make and package guest food orders.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized restaurant and proper stock.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and adhere to company core values.
• Communicate effectively regarding issues with food quality, equipment, and work environment.
