Job summary

Douglas County School District is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for Parker Performing Arts School to support daily preparation and service of school meals in a setting with limited equipment. This 0.75 FTE position covers 30 hours per week across 172 work days.

Responsibilities include setting up and cleaning serving areas, preparing and serving meals, operating the POS system, and helping ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.

Job Description

Responsible for providing assistance in the daily preparation of the school lunch program in charter schools with limited equipment (AACS, ACS, AVA, BFACS, C2E, GVACS, LAECS, DCSMont, North Star Academy, PCKCS, PPACS, Ren Secondary, STEM [Elementary and Secondary], WCA). Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.

Responsibilities

Position Specific Information (if Applicable):

• All salary amounts listed above are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE. If applicable, part-time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.
