Kitchen Assistant - PRN/ As Needed at Eating Recovery Center

Schedule: PRN / As Needed - Weekday Day Shifts (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) and Weekend Shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

How You’ll Serve Our Patients:

• Assist in the preparation of all meals and snacks; read and follow recipes for food preparation
• Ensure kitchen is appropriately stocked and cleaned per Health Department and Joint Commission standards
• Maintain kitchen supply inventory and communicate regarding ordering needs
• Grocery shopping
• Receive shipments of supplies and store following FIFO standards
• Follow food preparation standards and food safety guidelines as required by local/state/federal agencies
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, which may include working occasional evenings and weekends
