What You’ll Do

Lead Food Operations: Ensure food safety, team certification (ServSafe), and top-quality execution
Grow Sales & Teams: Build guest loyalty and develop high-performing team members
Manage Inventory: Execute vendor relationships, ordering, and margin protection
Deliver Excellence: Support store operations and brand standards with store leadership

What You Bring

3–5 years in food service or retail management

High school diploma or GED (college preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work an active, hands-on shift (lifting up to 50 lbs)

Comfort with technology and understanding of business metrics

Willingness to travel to La Plata, MD for training
