Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service, LLC is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support the culinary team and help prepare meals for Greek houses. The role emphasizes working with Head and Sous Chefs to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and communicating with management. Candidates should have 2+ years in a full-service restaurant and a food safety certification or be willing to obtain one within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food as directed by Head Chef and/or Sous Chef.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining room.
• Wash kitchen utensils, equipment and dishes.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Assist in unloading and putting away deliveries.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts.
