Base pay range

Job Details

• Full or Part Time, 30-40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday - Saturday 11am-9pm, Sundays 8am-4pm
• Flexible days and shift times; some weekends required

Job Description

Assist team members with daily preparation and production of menu items as specified by the Chef. Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• No licensure required
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and follow instructions

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Extensive walking, standing, bending, and carrying
• Ability to understand instructions in English
• Ability to taste and smell; exposure to heat and cold
