Job Description

Assist with dishwashing and support the kitchen staff in food preparation. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, including crisp linen tablecloths, fine china, and top-quality fresh ingredients. Our made-to-order dining features seasonal and regional menus, signature dishes, and daily specials. Enjoy no late nights, allowing more quality time to maintain a balanced life.

Essential Duties:

• Wash dishes according to procedures.
• Help keep dining room wait station areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Set up buffet stations.
• Maintain clean and sufficient supplies of dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, and napkins.
• Assist in food preparation.
