Job description

Wash dishes and assist the kitchen staff in food preparation. Maintain cleanliness of linen tablecloths, fine china, and ensure the use of top-quality fresh ingredients for made-to-order dining. Offer seasonal and regional menus that are constantly evolving, featuring signature dishes and daily specials. Enjoy no late nights, allowing more quality time to maintain a balanced life.

1. Assist in keeping dining room wait station areas and equipment clean and organized.
2. Set up buffet stations.
3. Maintain clean and stocked supplies of dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, and folded napkins.
4. Assist in food preparation.
