Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher to support the culinary team in maintaining clean dishes, serveware, and kitchen areas for our residents. You will contribute to a high-standard dining experience aligned with Gold Leaf Dining.

Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required; we offer a drug-free workplace and potential evenings/weekends as needed, with opportunities for employee growth and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Empty dish machine and properly store clean items
• Clean preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
• Take out all garbage to the dumpster
• Launder table linens
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

You will make a difference in the lives of residents by maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and serveware. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.

Responsibilities-- Kitchen Assistant Dishwasher

• Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Emptying dish machine and properly storing clean items
• Cleaning the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
• Taking all garbage to the dumpster
• Laundering table linens
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
